Brazil-Yuki Minami

Cerrado Mineiro sits in the high-altitude savannah of Minas Gerais—a region that spent decades producing quality coffee that disappeared into commodity blends. That changed when farmers like Yuki Minami decided it wasn’t good enough.

Yuki returned to her family’s Fazenda Santo Antonio with a focus on quality and transparency. She later added a second farm, Olhos D’Água, and partnered with neighboring third-generation Japanese-Brazilian farmers to form Aequitas Coffee—named after the Roman goddess of equity. The name was chosen on purpose.

The result is traceable, intentional, and worth your attention.
