This coffee represents a new generation of producers shaping the future of Peruvian coffee. Merly León has been part of Aromas del Valle since the cooperative’s early years, farming in the district of Callayuc in northern Cajamarca. Guided by curiosity and care, Merly experiments with new cultivars and techniques, steadily improving quality with each harvest.

Aromas del Valle, led by Iván Cruz Rivera and supported by the Progreso Foundation, blends agronomic knowledge, financial access, and social programs to strengthen its young producer community. Through initiatives like the Mestiza Project, the cooperative centers women farmers and weaves equity into every step of agricultural progress.

Roasted to a medium-light profile, this coffee opens with gentle honeyed sweetness and soft jasmine florals. As it cools, bright cranberry and pomegranate notes emerge, adding lift and a clean, vibrant finish that lingers.
